System Engineer

Job Description:
Provide day-to-day operational support on Windows infrastructure systems (Level 2 and Level 3 support).
Some exposure in networking troubleshooting experience is added advantage.
Good working Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, MSSQL Server, Exchange, OCS, Lotus Domino, SCCM, SCOM, DFS, FRS, DNS, WINS, basic command scripting, Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint/Project skills are preferred
Knowledge on hardware devices such as SAN, Blades, backup devices and tools
Implement and monitor cost-effective and secure enterprise-wide Systems infrastructure Operations to maximize performance and availability to the business.
Maintain and review documentation for Systems projects and procedures for uniform implementation and operations throughout the company to meet global and regional standards and policies.
Participate in developing recovery plan to ensure Systems infrastructure and workstation applications availability in case of emergency outage.
Provides direct technical support in the planning, coordination and implementation of releases, upgrades or changes to the Systems infrastructure and workstation applications.
Participate in multiple projects and provide technical input.
Participate on Group networks with local IT and headquarters (Holding and Business Units)
Manage service level attainment for products & services within your perimeter.
Be part of the “on call” team on a rotation basis one week per month
Must be able to work under multi-cultural environment and pressure.


Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin, IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.

Qualification : Degree/Diploma
Overall Experience : Minimum of 4 years.
