Legal Secretary
Location: Central


Responsibilities:
Keying in Time costing / breakdown
Prepare and e-file court document
Opening files, prepare payment vouchers and drafting bills
Drafting emails and Letters for Partners / Legal Associates
Binding, printing, photocopy of documents
Close files for Archive
Maintain calendar notes
Maintain and update correspondences for all files


Requirements:
Qualification Level: ‘O’ Levels or Diploma Holders
Working Experience: Previous Secretarial experience / on job training would be provided
Able to communicate in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking associates

Customer Service Executive

Job Description:
Customer Service Executive (Retail)
 Salary: SGD 2500 - 3500 + AWS + VB
Location: Town area (5 days)



Responsibilities:
Acts like a Service Ambassador:
Part of the Service Team, designated to mend Beauty Concierge
Handle enquiries, promotions and redemptions pertaining to Beauty Hall
Recommend services and brands of Beauty Hall
Walking around to engage with customers on service level, brands and purchases made
Assist the Service Supervisor when necessary on responsibilities such ensuring smooth daily operations of Beauty Hall, handling of customers' issues, ensure coverage, inventory management (transferring of stocks)
Working with Head of Customer Service to conduct customer service activities


Requirements:
At least Diploma in Business or equivalent
Relevant 2 years or more in Retail / Service industry
Cabin Crew are welcome to apply!
Candidates must be willing to work retail shift hours (8.5 hrs / day, shift work with 2 weekends off in a month)
Pleasant looking, well-groomed as there is a need to walk around in the Beauty Hall
Good interpersonal & communication skills

Marketing Executive

Job Description:
Marketing Executive
 Location: Central

Responsibilities:
Support marketing, business and sales teams on stated marketing services – Asia-wide promotion, press release, promotional packaging, product launch, research, centralize produced POP material and leveraging across regions.
Ensure accurate and proper sales/marketing tools for existing/new product to support the sales team in their sell-in and sell-out processes.
Assist in ensuring all marketing programs/activities are in line with corporate expectations and guidelines.
Brand Communication (Branding, Brand-Name/Logo and Brand Merchandising)
Packaging and Labeling Decisions (Standard and Promotional packaging)
Key support in planning and preparing of Annual Asia Pacific Business Meeting.
Assist the Sr. Marketing Manager in all other projects as assigned.


Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing
At least 3 years' experience in consumer product marketing of which must be in hands-on in handling marketing programs, projects and activities.
Degree of implementing ongoing tasks.
Meeting agreed expectations and deadlines.
