Location: West
Responsibilities:
Plan, prioritise and manage multiple maintenance projects; prioritise tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team’s overall resources are used effectively and that maintenance project deadlines are met.
Evaluate, and authorise changes that significantly impact the scope budget or timeline of a plant maintenance project.
Lead the most complex or critical plant maintenance projects, monitor progress and performance against the project plan
Identify and resolve operational problems and minimise delays
Select and manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service.
Select, guide and develop a team of plant maintenance team with operational responsibilities to ensure that the organisation achieves it business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
Supervise and implement project expense, other assets and resources with budget
Allocate capital and human resources to maximise productivity.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years experience with at least 5 years of managerial responsibility on site handling maintenance projects for Oil and Gas, Petrol Chemical and Pharmaceutical Companies.

JOb Description Working Pattern:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Near City Hall MRT
Responsibilities:
Assist events like seminars, conferences and lunch talks for our members which stresses on continuing legal education including but not limited to the followings:
• Build up database from registered participants
• Prepare welcome goodies bags
• Help with the set up on the date of event
• Assist with the registration
• Liaise with vendors, contractors and members of the legal fraternity
• Answer to phone enquires
• Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• At least a diploma with experience in events management.
• Strong organising, communication and writing skills.
• Able to work well under stress and effectively independently as well as with a team.
• Outgoing personality and should enjoy running around to get things done during the events.

Responsibilities:
Drive & develop suppliers / subcontractors to provide consistent, good quality product & service through execution & continuous enhancement of processes and systems
Proactive participation in resolving issues pertaining to quality of product or services provided by suppliers / subcontractors
Continuous effort to streamline SQC procedures for productivity improvement
Manage change request from suppliers / subcontractors, ensuring no disruption to the material supply
Ensure on time follow-up on implementation of effective Corrective / Preventive actions or improvement plans identified through audit, performance rating, CAR etc
Publish periodic performance measurement indices for SQE to drive suppliers / contractors quality improvement activities
Maintain Approved Supplier List
Lead internal / cross-functional teams in problem solving / benchmarking / continual improvement programs.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent.
2 or more years of relevant experience and knowledge of ISO9000, 14000 quality systems, audit and SPC concept is an added advantage.
Possess good people and leadership skill.
