Temporary Events Assistant (6 months with possibility of extension)

JOb Description Working Pattern:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Near City Hall MRT

Responsibilities:

Assist events like seminars, conferences and lunch talks for our members which stresses on continuing legal education including but not limited to the followings:

•       Build up database from registered participants
•       Prepare welcome goodies bags
•       Help with the set up on the date of event
•       Assist with the registration
•       Liaise with vendors, contractors and members of the legal fraternity
•       Answer to phone enquires
•       Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

•       At least a diploma with experience in events management.
•       Strong organising, communication and writing skills.
•       Able to work well under stress and effectively independently as well as with a team.
•       Outgoing personality and should enjoy running around to get things done during the events.
