We are looking for individuals who are capable of multi-tasking and taking on various challenges to work with us on a part-time/temporary/full time basis as website assistants for an online fashion retail store. 

Role(s): 
1) Categorizing online products into suitable categories. 
2) Downloading and uploading of images.
3) Helping out with various aspects of an online fashion retail store

Working Hours: 10am - 7pm

Remuneration: $50/day

Requirements:
1) Able to commit at least 1 month
2) Able to bring and work on own laptop
3) Good grasp of the English Language.

Job Description:
Accounts Assistant - Billing
Salary: SGD 1800 - 2200 + (AWS & Bonus)

Responsibilities:
Perform billing operational functions like invoice generation, statement of accounts and other account receivable documents to customers
To attend to customer queries on invoices, handle banking of India customers’ payments and dishonored cheque actions
Ensure accurate and timely billing
Check, reconcile and prepare daily/monthly reports and statistic
Work closely with business users on billing issues, including explaining/educating business users on processes & requirements. And to put things right any billing problem
Assist developing continuous process improvements to enhance system efficiencies and day-to day operations
Review and set up process to ensure completeness
Perform administrative duties including filing and documentation
Responsible for daily receipting duties, ensuring all receipts are properly accounted for, reconciled and banked-in on a timely basis
Liaise with internal/external staff in relation to receipting matters.
Handle any other duties assigned by the supervisor



Requirements:
Minimum GCE “A” level/LCCI Diploma in Accounting
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage and good Excel skills are a must

Job Description:
COST ACCOUNTANT
Location: Central

Responsibilities:
Lead the month end production cost closing
Ensure integrity of accounting record on all production stock movement and closing balances
Develop product margin and cost models and other decision support tools
Preparations of KPIs
Inventory management and cost control
Support in the preparation of annual budget exercise and quarterly forecasts
Drive process improvements pertaining to cost and revenue optimisation initiatives
Maintain internal control systems to ensure compliance with SOX


Requirements:
Bachelor in Accountancy or ACCA
Min 3 years of costing experience
Familiar with job costing environment and experience in product costing , manufacturing cost development and budgeting
Good with figures and analytical mind
Knowlege in ERP - SAP or Oracle is a plus
Experience in crystal reports is an advantage
Experience in maintaining internal control systems to ensure compliances with SOX
Good communication and interpersonal skills
