CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the incumbent will be
responsible for processing and coordinating customers orders and to
ensure that the right goods reaches the customers on time. In
addition, he/she shall conduct customer service calls regularly and
liaise with the organization's various departments relating to
collection and delivery of orders etc.

Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' level
Computer literacy is a must
Able to converse well in English, Mandarin and major dialects
Preferably with related telephone sales experience
Able to take pressure, self-motivated and active team player
Basic salary @ $1,800 - $2,000.00 range (no OT payment)
AWS @ 1 mth
Eligible to participate in the quarterly sales incentive scheme
(average $300.00 per month, depending on the sales)
Working hours: Mon – Fri @ 8.15am to 5.05pm (alternate Saturday duty)
Able to work long hours especially during festive season
14 days annual leave

Variable bonus scheme
