Financial Institution - Auditor

Job Description:
Financial Institution - Auditor (Vietnamese Speaking) - Exp in Big 4s preferred
Salary: SGD 2500 - 5000

Responsibilities:
Perform full spectrum of business audit within local and regional offices
Review and evaluate adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of internal control
Identify discrepencies, weaknesses, regulatory or risk issues
Conduct presentations of findings to management
Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions according to Best Practice
Ensure close follow-up on implementation of audit recommendations


Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or Finance
2- 3 years auditing (internal or external) experiences
Knowledge of Vietnamese language will be preferred as incumbent will be required to liaise with with Vietnam counterparts
Graduates from local Singapore University will be an added advantage
Previous working experience with the Big 4s
Team Player with good communication and interpersonal skills

Associate-Customer Analytics

Responsibilities:
Provide customer analytics support
Gaining meaningful insights of policyholders and acquiring greater sales through database marketing strategies
Mine data, analyse behavour and chart trends
Launch and track campaign performance of database marketing campaigns
Conduct customer segmentation and thematic analysis
Build profile, segmentation models for developing marketing campaigns, redesigning product and service offerings
Keep abreast of new techniques and innovative use of statistical methods
Support marketing campaigns through data mining


Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder
Minimum 1 year experience in analytical modeling, data mining regression, decision tree, neutral network
Ability to conduct segmentation and propensity modeling of customers initmate knowledge of at least 1 data mining software such as SAS/Unical/Clementine/Kxen
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong reasoning and analytical skills to merge statistical insights with business realities

Job Description:
Cost Analyst
Location: Marsiling
Job Scope: Provide support to the Director of Finance in all financial aspects of the business such as costing, budgeting and regional finance

Responsibilities:
Act as the Finance lead in the manufacturing task force
Lead the month-end production cost closing. Ensure integrity of accounting record on all production stock movement and closing balances
Developproduct margin and cost models and other decision support tools for manufacturing operations. Preparation of KPIs
Inventory Management & Cost Control
Support in the preparation of annual budget exercise and quarterly forecasts
Continuously drive process improvements pertaining to cost and revenue optimization initiatives
Maintain internal control systems to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act
Bachelor of Accountancy or ACCA or CIMA
3-5 years of costing experience from manufacturing / electronics environment. Familiar with job costing environment and experience in product costing (actual vs. standards), manufacturing cost development and budgeting
Comfortable with figures and have an analytical mind
Knowledge of ERP (SAP or Oracle). Crystal reports a definite advantage
Experience in maintaining internal control systems to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act
Mature with good communication skills for effective interaction with associates across all levels and departments
A results-orientated team player that canmulti task and has the ability to work independently


Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
