NS / Maternity / Childcare leave Claim Administration
Insurance Administration
Assist in generating HR reports
Work Pass Application/ Renewal/ Cancellation
In-charge of Ordering Office Supplies
Handle Travel Arrangement
Handle Training Co-ordination
Updating of Attendance system
Perform other general HR duties
Requirements:
GCE 'O' Level
Minimum 2 years of relevant Working Experiences
Experience in Payroll Processing using TIMESOFT system would be an added advantage
Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with associate/ clients
Posses good communication skills, meticulous, good team player, keen learner and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Proficient in MS office
Able to start work within a short notice will be an advantage
5 days week located at Woodlands
Singapore citizens & PR preferred

Web Developer , Web e-commerce (Travel)
Salary: SGD 2000 - 3200
Location: Central
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the IT Manager, the candidate should have ample experience programming for both front and back-end services in a sales generating environment.
The candidate will be working closely with the marketing team and will be expected to manage web functionality and usability, enhancing them with new technologies wherever possible.
He / She will also need to manage and analyze sales, order processing, ticketing and booking data. Prior experience in the travel industry is advantageous
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in programming
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Fireworks, Flash, Photoshop)
Strong skills in web technologies like HTML / XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML
Strong programming skills in C#, ASP.Net programming, MS SQL queries, PHP, Ajax and Web Service API
Knowledge of Windows server maintenance & setup
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of CRM and CMS systems will be advantageous
Good grasp of e-commerce business processes (online retailing)
A team player, able to multi-task and work under pressure
Possess strong initiative and self-motivated

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Data Center Operation Supervisor, you will need to perform 24-hour Computer Room Operations and perform scheduled as well as ad-hoc production jobs for all systems to ensure online availability to users.
Monitor and control multiple systems
Monitor and control automated operations alerts.
Report and escalate operational problems
Process scheduled batch job resolution, restart of batch job abends and basic troubleshooting of event errors
Daily systems operations for all Open System platforms, basic server administration and problem solving
Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
GCE ‘A’ Level or ‘O’ Level
Familiar with MVS and job scheduler (CA7 or Autosys) with at least 2 years of practical experience
Basic operating skill on AS400/ Win / UNIX platform
Able to communicate (written & verbal) effectively
Willingness and ability to learn new operating systems
Able to work independently as well as in a team
