HR ASSISTANT
Location: North
Company: PCS Peripherals Pte Ltd
Responsibilities:
Payroll processing for non-exempt staff
NS / Maternity / Childcare leave Claim Administration
Insurance Administration
Assist in generating HR reports
Work Pass Application/ Renewal/ Cancellation
In-charge of Ordering Office Supplies
Handle Travel Arrangement
Handle Training Co-ordination
Updating of Attendance system
Perform other general HR duties
Requirements:
GCE 'O' Level
Minimum 2 years of relevant Working Experiences
Experience in Payroll Processing using TIMESOFT system would be an added advantage
Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with associate/ clients
Posses good communication skills, meticulous, good team player, keen learner and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Proficient in MS office
Able to start work within a short notice will be an advantage
5 days week located at Woodlands
Singapore citizens & PR preferred
