Full Time (Temp or Perm) Sales & Marketing Executive

JOb Description We are looking for a full time (Temp or Perm) Sales &
Marketing Executive. Students who are waiting to enter university in
August 2010 are welcome to apply. Housewives who no longer hold the
responsibilities of taking care of their grown-up kids are also
welcome to apply.

Requirements:

- Goal-oriented.
- Solution-oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Know basic skills in Photoshop and HTML.
- Able to commit till at least July or August 2010.

The main job scope, in the first month, will be admin work and
handling of customers' orders. Eventually, the Sales & Marketing
Executive will handle more admin, sales and marketing
responsibilities.

Working hours is from 8:30am to 5:30pm (weekdays only), with three
breaks: 11:00am – 11:30am (morning break), 1:00pm to 2:00pm (lunch
break) and 3:30pm to 4:00pm (afternoon break).

Location will be in the west (Bukit Batok Crescent).

Reimbursement will include basic pay, daily target incentives and
weekly target incentives. Given the correct attitude, below is an
estimate of the Sales & Marketing Executive's pay:

1st – 2nd Month: $1,000 - $1,200 per month.
3rd – 5th Month: $1,200 - $1,300 per month.
6th month onwards: $1,300 & above per month.

The increase in pay is due to a "promotion increment" system that we
have customized for the candidate.

Although we only expect the Sales & Marketing Executive to stay with
us for 6 - 8 months (she is welcome to stay on), we have planned out
her schedule accordingly, so that it would benefit both the company
and her. Therefore, we are only looking for individual who wants to
grow with us, instead of earn from us. We also want to enforce this
mindset that we are looking for someone to work with us, not work for
us.

This will be a very good learning experience for the applicant as she
will be exposed to the business structure and model.
