Patient Relations Manager
Responsibilities:
As a Manager of Patient Relations, you will be fully responsible for the conceptualisation, planning, implementation, monitoring and measurement of the patient experience initiatives.
Requirements:
General Degree with a post graduate qualification.
At least 5 years service quality related work experience including 2 years in a supervisory position.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with the management team and stakeholders to manage patient feedback or service recovery in a timely manner.
The ability to provide leadership and training in patient communication to the frontline staff is also a key success factor.
In addition, you should possess strong organization and analytical skills to prepare and analyze management reports on key service indicators.
