Position 1: Marine Claims Assistant Executive Office

Job Scope

· Receive notice of claim.

· Advise insured/consignees of their duties under the policy.

· Check policy coverage.

· Instructing and coordinating with the surveyor until survey
report is issued.

· Prepare monthly GST report.

· Prepare statistics.

· Prepare co-insurance recovery debit/credit notes.

· To perform any other duties assigned by the Head of
Department or Management.

Job requirements

· Min 'O' Level, Diploma

· Candidate with Marine claims experience in general insurance
will be an added advantage

· Candidate with CGI will be preferred

· PC Literate : MS Office

· Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs need apply

Position 2: Motor Claims Executive

Job Scope

· Prepare claims summary statement.

· Prepare payment voucher

· Process 3rd party motor/ injury claims and subrogation claims

· Assess motor/injury claims and determine liability and quantum

· Negotiate settlement with 3rd party workshops and 3rd party lawyer

· Handle Block settlement with workshop and cash settlement
with individual claimants

Job requirements

· Min 'O' Level, Diploma

· Market knowledge and experience in handling/settling motor claims

· Candidate with claims experience in general insurance will
be preferred

· Knowledge of motor claims management practices and principles

· Solid reputation and good network with industry peers

· Excellent negotiation skills

· Candidate with CGI will be preferred

· PC Literate : MS Office

· Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs need apply

Working Location: Raffles Place

Working Hour: Mon- Fri, 9am to 5.30pm

HR EXECUTIVE (Permanent/ Temporary)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will handle full spectrum of recruitment function and ad-hoc HR
projects and duty assign from time to time.
You must have hands on experience in full spectrum of work pass (Work
Permit, S Pass and E pass) application.

REQUIREMENTS:


2 to 3 years' of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a

Temporary Admin Assistant ( 6 months ) *Subject to extension

Job Duties:


Provide general Admin support to various department


Create and update databases and KPI of the schools and service providers


Gather relevant and necessary documents for processing (e.g., process
funding, reimbursement requests and processing of e-invoices)


Liaise with schools and service providers on reimbursements

Job Requirements:


'O' Levels / 'A' Levels / Diploma holders


Able to commit for 6 months and above


Pleasant personality with good working attitude
