Costing Manager
Location: Bukit Batok


Responsibilities:
Costing of new products.
Periodic review and update of existing costing.
Review, analyse and manage cost variances.
Review and manage product margins.
Work on costing matters with senior personnel across sales, purchasing, engineering and production functions.
Active involvement in setting up costing system for new ERP system.
Assist CFO in all other related duties assigned.


Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Degree holder.
At least 5 years of costing experience, including experience in component manufacturing industry.
Costing experience using SAP/ Oracle ERP system will be advantageous.
Accounting knowledge, engineering qualification and/ or professional qualification in costing will be advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Dynamic, meticulous, with strong passion for success.

ERP Analyst

Job Description:
ERP Analyst
Salary: SGD 4000 - 5600 + Job Allowance
Location: Tiong Bahru

Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible for the overall integrity of ERP supporting including:

Support ERP user with SAP CoE
End user support assumption is as following;
Provide the first level support for local users.
Support mainly the business functions in addition to some SAP Functions
Maintain Local business process template with Business CoE
Maintain master data in local level
Escalate SAP tickets to SAP CoE for special arrangement
Communicate closely with Business CoE and SAP CoE

Gather user requirement to improve ERP system.
ERP Analyst gathers the requirement from business to improve ERP system.

Communicate with SAP CoE to improve business process and ERP system.
Configuration would be done by SAP CoE.
ERP Analyst communicates with Business CoE and SAP CoE and create change request.

Business Process governance in OSP
Govern business process using ERP system In local process

Review Training material
The ERP Analyst is responsible for reviewing all existing training material.

Revise Training material
Based on reviewed result, the ERP Analyst should revise training material.


Create Training course
Basically, Training course would be determine two courses, one is for new employee, and another one is for each operation.
ERP Analyst should organize training course.

Plan and Coordinate Training schedule
The ERP Analyst should plan and coordinate training schedule considering requirement from each business.

Delivery Training to ERP system user
Cooperating with ERP champion, the ERP Analyst performs training to ERP system user.


Evaluate Training feedback from student
After every training, each attendee should write down feedback message regarding training. Using this information, the ERP Analyst will improve their training program and material.

Execution and Delivery:
The ERP Analyst has a pivotal role in the successful operation of SAP in corporate companies. They need to be aware of local and global business needs by liaising with businesses and be a communications Analyst, to the businesses they support. They therefore must:


Liaise with the business staff to develop relationships; understand the structure of their business and their associated needs.
Understand the Global context of the SAP / CRM System and the Global nature of company operations.
Communication must be clear, concise and timely and behaviours reflecting this requirement must be demonstrated
Identify and promote continuous improvement to service and satisfaction levels in line with overall strategic objectives
Co-ordinate with the Regional SAP Centre of Excellence and Business Center of Excellence.
Monitor task requests to ensure they are performed on schedule and to a defined level of quality
Support and preparation of any required training material as required.



Requirements:
Up to five years’ experience for SAP ERP FI/CO..
Previous IT or ERP Support experience and leadership skills should be regarded
Experience in using sophisticated SAP ERP systems to hold training to End user.
Preferably relevant experience within a similar industry (Hi-Tech, Scientific or Medical)
Degree in business is highly desirable
Able to converse in both Mandarin and English

Reporting to the Project Director, the PIS Engineer will be in charge of the all the trainborne communication equipment. You are required to translate customer requirements into detail technical and functional requirements to PIS Supplier. Also, preparing the interface control documents and writing test specifications and test reports to validate PIS design and executing and completing tasks within schedule


Requirements:
Besides a Degree in Electrical/Electronic and Communication and at least 6 years of relevant experience in PIS system, you will need to have good knowledge on the functioning of train control and monitoring system. You will also have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and multiple projects within a cross cultural and be a good team player. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
