SIS STAR PASS Admin Officer

The part-timer will assist the Marcom department with the SIS STAR
PASS membership which currently has 15,000 members.

Job scope:

- Processing new applicants

- Renewing expired cards

- Data entry

- Database Management

· Cleaning up of member database

· Updating member details

· Making calls to members

- Sending out welcome packs to new members

- Printing of members' particulars on the SIS STAR PASS

- Punching holes and attaching chains to individual cards

- Performing any other work-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Must be able to commit for at least three months

- Min. 18 years old, Singaporean / PR

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

- Service-oriented with a positive attitude

- Confident, responsible and patient

- Fluent in spoken English with good interpersonal skills

- Well groomed with a pleasant personality

Location: Singapore Indoor Stadium

Pay: $7/hr plus CPF

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Start Date: 7 August 09

Responsibilities:

1) To assist Customer Service Supervisor in providing efficient and
prompt support to customers in the Asia Pacific Region.

2) To administer customer account on a daily basis, including handling
of orders administration including quoting & raising purchase orders,
receipt through dispatch and invoicing

3) To provide prompt response to customers on price, capability and
delivery enquiries

4) To expedite vendors for deliveries, prices etc.

5) To identify resolution of technical / commercial enquiries /
problems e.g. over or under deliveries, invoice queries, part number
verification, etc.

6) To pursue sourcing of third party products

7) To undertake any other duties as assigned by the Customer Service

Requirements:

- Diploma holders or GCE 'A' level

- 2 years of experience in customer service or related field

- Experience in administering customer repair orders in an aviation
environment will be advantageous
