Responsibilities:

- To plan the duty roster of the team of security officers
- Supervise a team of security officer in the performance of the following duty;
- Partrolling of internal and external premises of buildng
- Taking prompt action in or against emergencies eg fire, bomb threats, etc
- Perform duties specified during building emergencies
- Report recording in regards to any events/ issues
- Maintain a Security Log Book to enable a written record of events
- Screen visitors to buildings and issue visitors passes
- Escort VIP to Top Management and sensitive floors
- Enforcement of the building house rules and by-laws

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field
- Must be able to commit to 12 hours rotating shift (Day/ Night)
- PC literate
- Physically and medically fit
- Able to speak and write English
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Assist in monitoring month end assets capitalisation.
Track assets movements (additions, write-offs, transfers, reclassifications etc)
Review and reconcile Fixed Assets balances on a monthly basis.

Job Requirements: 

Min. a Diploma holder, in local polytechnic with 1 - 2 years experience.
Experience in FA will be in advantage. 
Work hours: 8 - 5.30pm
