Job Description:
You will build collaborative partnerships with the line managers on their hiring and talent development needs. You will also act as an advisor to the employees and line managers, and engage them in HR related matters. You will be expected to deliver a proactive approach to workforce and resource planning by developing and implementing of recruitment and retention processes. You will also be participating in global HR projects and implementing new initiatives
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have a tertiary degree in business or HR-related discipline with minimum 8 years of experience in a HR Partnering environment, preferably in the offshore industry, you must have a proven track record of delivering both strategic and operational HR initiatives. A pragmatic approach to HR and ability to work with and influence key stakeholders across a range of different cultures is essential.
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources, Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
