We are a boutique private equity investment firm that focuses on growing, developing and managing high-potential ventures and start-ups within the digital media and e-commerce domains.

We currently have two Management Trainee vacancies at our firm.
This position is suitable for fresh graduates who are keen to be exposed to various areas of business management, including finance, operations, marketing, sales, planning, strategy, logistics and human resources.
In addition, management trainees will also be gradually given opportunities to lead and supervise, with the aim of building confidence towards becoming a full-fledged manager.
The comprehensive management trainee scheme will last for six (6) months, during which the trainee will be deeply immersed in all aspects of the business and supervised directly by senior managers. After the 6 month training period, candidates with good performance will be offered junior managerial positions in one of our subsidiary companies.
This is an experience better than business school - and the best part is that you will get paid to gain hands-on experience!
Management Trainees will be paid an allowance between $1,620 to $2,050 per month (for Diploma holders) and $1,910 to $2,350 (for Degree holders).The exact level of remuneration will be dependent on work experience.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans and PRs only
- High level of proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Strong interest in entrepreneurship, new ventures and/or new media
- Strong leadership potential
- Relevant work experience is not necessary but will be an advantage
- High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Professional disposition, good communication and presentation skills
