Warehouse Manager

Job Description:

-Salary: $5K-$6K

-Location: Tai Seng

-5.5days (alt Sat)

-Luxury Retail Goods

-To lead and manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure all logistics activities are well coordinated to meet Retail stores’ requirements
-Managing a total of about 20 staff inclusive of Warehouse Assts, Drivers and Admin Support staff
-To ensure and enforce procedures and processes are executed for warehouse operation supporting production operation, goods receipt and goods deployed out
-To identify and fine tune process to increase productivity
-To control and to ensure good housekeeping at all times
-Monthly Manpower, Productivity and Warehouse index reporting

Requirements:
-Minimum Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics
-Minimum of EIGHT years of experience in Warehousing, with at least THREE years in a Managerial role
-Strong communication skills and able to manage Staff of all Levels
-Willing to work long hours and weekends (especially during sales period and during bulk arrival of new seasons release)
-Only those with Retail Warehousing experience will be considered
