Marketing Manager

Job Description:

-Location: Tampines
-Jobs & responsibilities:-
1. Plans, executes, monitors all marketing and promotional activities for all stores.
2. Conducts timely communications of all planned A&P activities with stores and key departments.
3. Plans the whole year marketing calendar in consultation with the Supervisor and Buying departments.
4. Performs allocation of budget by category for media, production and below the line activities.
5. Conducts individual campaign conceptualisation and planning.
6. Briefs and manages the creative process with the agency on a timely basis.
7. Manages and performs allocation of costs within each campaign.
8. Monitors and analyses competitor's activities.
9. Responds to feedback from Store Managers and Operations.
10. Brainstorms with Supervisor and Buyers on new promotional ideas.
11. Seeks out and evaluates promotional coops / alliances with other partners and businesses.
12. Sources gifts and premiums for promotions.
13. Organises road shows and maximises value from the same.
14. Works on joint promotions with shopping centres.
15. Identifies opportunities for brand and company coverage for Company and its products.
16. Performs internal communications at HQ.
17. Maintains and develops signage and branding at stores.
18. Works with Buyers and Store Managers on in-store promotional display.
19.Conducts conceptualising (with Agency) and production of Point-of-Sale materials for:
• Promotional messages
• Price cards
• Informational messages
• Branding messages
• Corporate messages
• Third party collaterals
20. Provides direction and guidance to advertising agency and PR agency and steers them to provide quality and effective communication materials.
21. Performs any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

The Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree
-Min 5 - 7 years with relevant working experience
-Computer Literate
-Very strong communication and planning skills
-Marketing or advertising experience
-Negotiation skills
-An aptitude for retail is a pre-requisite
