Responsibilities:
1) To assist Customer Service Supervisor in providing efficient and
prompt support to customers in the Asia Pacific Region.
2) To administer customer account on a daily basis, including handling
of orders administration including quoting & raising purchase orders,
receipt through dispatch and invoicing
3) To provide prompt response to customers on price, capability and
delivery enquiries
4) To expedite vendors for deliveries, prices etc.
5) To identify resolution of technical / commercial enquiries /
problems e.g. over or under deliveries, invoice queries, part number
verification, etc.
6) To pursue sourcing of third party products
7) To undertake any other duties as assigned by the Customer Service
Supervisor or Commercial Manager (Singapore)
Requirements:
- Diploma holders or GCE 'A' level
- 2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Experience in administering customer repair orders in an aviation
environment will be advantageous
- PC literate
