Job Description:

HR Executive

Responsibilities:
Partnering line managers in driving strategic business objectives into HR deliverables.
Hire in a cost effective and efficient manner, using multiple recruitment channels. Provide full scope of recruitment services, from drafting of job descriptions and advertisements, sourcing, screening, interviewing through to delivering offers, onboarding and orientation for all levels of staff.
Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind departures and prepare acceptance of resignation letters. Analyse cause of staff turnover and map out retention strategy in close consultation with line managers.
Identify, prioritize and implement learning & development initiatives that are aligned with business needs and staff’s development plan; and supporting business in developing training roadmap for all levels of staff.
Establish learning & development plan, manage budget; as well as track utilization, cost and hours.
Liaise with polytechnics and universities in managing internship programmes.
Responsible for performance management, ensuring that bi-annual performance reviews are carried out effectively across the business.
Handle employee relations issues, counsel and coach managers on performance issues and activate performance improvement plan if required.
Responsible for all compensation and benefits related surveys, reports and analysis.
Coordinate employee recognition programmes, including quarterly spot award and business excellence award presentation.
Administration of annual salary review and bonus pay out by providing line managers with advice pertaining to market data, practice and payment matrix.
Support line managers in annual budgeting exercise by developing budget for employment related cost including payroll expenses, learning and development cost, employee benefits and welfare.
Conduct regular talent review and succession planning discussion with business and coordinate with corporate office to manage and maintain the talent management system.
Manage programmes and projects to support leadership culture. Ensure that regional leadership development programs are cascaded to the country level.
Organize special projects pertaining to talent acquisition including mass recruitment drive, participation in career fair, etc.
Work closely with line managers in establishing a career progression matrix and personal development plan for staff.
Implement engagement platforms such as employee opinion survey, employee communication, employee suggestion and employee well being programs to improve employee satisfaction. Responsible for providing HR update during quarterly staff communication session.
Prepare monthly headcount report and track HR efficiency covering recruitment, learning & development, staff turnover, employee recognition, employee engagement and staff participation in recreation activities periodically.
Attend to internal and external audit queries on personnel expenses and HR processes.
Other duties and projects assigned.


Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Management
Must have 4-5 years’ working experience in broad based HR generalist functions
Good knowledge of local employment legislations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Mature and proactive team player who is able to manage different stakeholders within the organization
Well versed in Microsoft Office applications such as Words, Excel & PowerPoint
Working Day: 5 day work week
Salary: $3000-$4500
