HR Generalist/Senior HR Executive

Job Description:
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions in the areas of manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, employee relations and employee well being.
Involve in developing and implementing Human Resources strategies and plans, in support of the corporate vision, strategy and culture.
Promote and deliver effective people management practices and processes to attract, motivate and retain talents.
Review, improve and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Company's objectives and long term goals.
Oversea regional HR Operation and HR Policy implementation ( for regional Position )



Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources.
At least 6 years in handling full spectrum of HR duties . Those with more than 3 years in a managerial experiences will be consider for manager role.
Good working knowledge of Employment Acts and Singapore Labor Law.
HR software such as easy pay and time software will be good
Strong leadership, good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Able to communicate well in English & Mandarin (Able to deal with Chinese Speaking counterpart)
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
Able to commence work immediate or within short period
