Temp Accts / Admin Staffs Needed (2 - 3 months or longer)

Ad Description

1. To handle data-entry into inhouse computer system
2. To assist with invoicing and accounts payables
3. To assist in cheque issuance and payments
4. To update cash book receipts / payments and postage mails
5. To assist in any other duties as assigned
Working hours : 0915 - 1815 hrs, Mon to Fri. One Sat per month from 0915 - 1315 hrs
Working Location : Genting Lane
Salary : S$6.00 per hour (subject to mandatory CPF contributions, if applicable)
Overtime compensation shall be payable at 1.5 time the hourly rate
of pay for each hour worked in excess of the normal eight hours work per working day (Mon-Fri) and normal four hours worked on Saturdays.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
