Helpdesk Support Officer - Central, 1 year contract (Renewable)
JOb Description Duties:
- Provide timely and quality resolution for the helpdesk related incidents
- Completion of helpdesk tasks within the agreed timeframe and with quality
-Timely escalation of incidents to other teams for quick resolution of the reported problem
- Deployment/Relocation of PC and trading terminals as and when requested
- To liaise with 3rd parties helpdesk's and vendors for getting the required support
- Updating and maintaining the Software and Hardware Inventory
- To provide PC and other related accessories procurement services
Requirement:
- Min Diploma in IT or equivalent
- 1-3 years in the helpdesk support and end-user support experience
Office hours / 5 days work week
Location: Raffles place
Salary: $2300 - $2600/month
