Accounts Assistant

Job Description:

-Working Hours:
5 days a week from 9am to 6pm.
Saturday 9am to 1pm.

-Location: Sin Ming Lane - Nearest MRT station is Bishan or Marymount


-To handle full set of accounts independently or minimal supervision.
-Support Other Administrative functions and Ad hoc assignments or projects


Requirements:
-Should posses minimum qualification is GCE 'O' / 'A' or Higher Nitec ITE in Accounts, Diploma in Accounts, LCCI Intermediate in Accounting.
-Preferably with 2 to 3 years or more experience in managing full set of accounts.
-Experience with MYOB or any of Accounting software will be added advantage
-Possess good analytical, problem-solving and follow-up skills
-Responsible and committed with a flair for accuracy & timeliness.
-Highly organized with good communication & interpersonal skills
-Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word
-Must be a responsible teamplayer with initiative who can work indepently
-Applicants must be Singaporean citizens or Malaysian PR
-Must be fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speakers.
