Job Description:
-Responsible for effectively answering and managing calls on a reasonably busy switchboard, and communicating messages in a timely manner.
-Responsible for managing daily postal and courier requirements.
-Responsible for ensuring reception area and meeting rooms are presentable and welcoming to visitors.
-Responsible for document production and compilation as requested (proposals, tenders, presentations etc).
-Required to complete other administration tasks as requested.
Requirements:
-Min 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent
-Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
-Bubbly personality
-Strong customer service skills
-Strong communication skills, written and verbal (Must be fluent in English, second language an advantage)
-Proficient using the Microsoft suite of products in particular, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-Singaporean / Singaporean PR only
