Training Assistant

Job Description:

REF:KC1004
Salary: SGD 2200 - 3000
Location: Outram
5days work week from 8.30am to 6pm
Job Roles -:
Provide admin support in training -related matters and oversee external funding claims
Assist in the preparation of training reports and manage the training database system
Liaise with staff and external vendors on the implementation of various training programmes
Provide support in some administrative duties and participate in corporate projects
Help to organize staff events


Requirements:

Preferably applicants with knowledge in SAP HR System
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Outram.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
