Job Description:
Salary: SGD 1600 - 2000
Location: Kallang
Job Scope: To assist in Admin duties
* Assist in processing work pass applications and related matters
* Assist in recruitment activities
* Assist in preparation of employment contracts, letters and other correspondence
* Assist in tracking and administration of staff leaves, claims and staff confirmations
* Assist in handling all insurance related matters such as submission of claims & yearly insurance renewal
* Undertaking other admin tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements :
* Singaporean or PR Holders only
5 days work
* O level or Certificate / Diploma in Office Administration
* Preferably with some relevant working experience
* Knowledge of MS Word & Excel
* Good interpersonal skills and willing to learn
* Salary range around $1600 to $2000 commensurate with experiences
