Job Description:

Salary: SGD 2800 - 3500
Location: Buona Vista
Responsibilities:
In charge of Petty Cash Claims, Travelling Expenses reimbursements, and its records.
In charge of internal AR including booking and Intercompany reconciliation.
Bank reconciliations.
Preparation of cheques for payments, reimbursements
Assist in the month end closing both local and SEA units within the region
Administrative duties such as maintaining filling of invoices & payment vouchers.
Responsibilities and tasks related to full set of accounts, GST and corporate tax
Keeping full set of accounts including posting journal entries on AP & or AR, GL on daily basis
5 day work week @ Buona Vista
Salary up to $3,500 depending on experience

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Buona Vista.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
