Responsibilities:
Source, screen and match skills of qualified candidates, to meet hiring managers' recruitment requirements
Design and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies that meet business needs and create a pipeline of manpower resources for the company
Execute branding strategies to increase awareness of SATS as an employer of choice, to attract and broaden the reach for hiring
Select, engage and manage external search partners for purposes of meeting recruitment requirements
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management/Business from a local tertiary institution
At least 3 years' related experience, particularly in recruitment
Team player with strong planning and organising skills
Results driven, meticulous and able to multi-task
Good communication and interpersonal skills
