Responsibilities:
Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising & referrals
Create & maintaining candidate networks
Providing resume, interview & career advices to candidate
Interview & assessing candidates on a general basis & find the best fit for specific roles
Managing the job offers process & negotiating salary packages
Maintaining market & commercial awareness through research & networking
Working as part of a team to maximise company commercial performance
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering or in Human Resource, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
Experience in Building construction industry will be advantageous.
Outgoing personality with excellent communication & people management skills
Good decision-making & judgment capabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
Ability to multi-task in a demanding, fast paced environment & work independently
