QM Assistant - Healthcare

Job Description:
Location: Central

Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of quality-related projects, programmes and activities in support of the department’s key objectives in clinical governance, quality assurance, quality improvement and patient safety.
Programmes supporting include incident reporting and analysis, as well as collation and analysis of quality related data and indicators for the management team.
Maintain the record system for the department and support department meetings and activities.


Requirements:
General Diploma with min 1 years work experience in the Healthcare Industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills in order to work closely with internal and external parties.
The ability to analyse data and management reports are also essential for this role.
A team player in organising and participating in activities relating to patient safety, quality assurance and improvement in patient care.
