Receptionist cum Office Admin

Job Description:
Corporate Services & Strategy Division
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Responsibilities:
You will report to Senior Executive, Office Admin Department.
Provide support to the various departments/ branches of the Division in administrative functions, operations and reception.
Smooth Running of Office Administration.
Handle Walk-Ins & Reception counter
Liaise with contractors for any maintenance work in the office.
Deal with staff feedback on area of improvement of office facilities.
Ensure office environment neat, clean and supplies of stationery & consumables are replenished timely.
Provide secretariat and logistics support to division.
Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:
GCE 'O' Level/ Diploma in any discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in assisting administration, management or customer service.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Pleasant disposition.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers. Ability to converse in local dialect will be an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office.
Positive attitude.
Ability to multi-task.
A good team player.
