IT Trainer (ACTA)

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Training adults in basic computer programmes, Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer
Training adults in Microsoft Office 2007 programmes (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint) both basic and advanced

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma in IT / Computer Science. Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in IT / Computer Science is preferred.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering may be considered depending on the work experience
MUST possess ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) by WDA (Workforce Development Agency)
Preferably possess MCT (Microsoft Certified Training) and MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) Qualification
Experience in training any ICDL (International Computer Driving License) modules under WDA will be advantageous
MUST have at least 2 years experience in training adults
Perfect English command is a MUST
Professional and PUNCTUAL
Possess communication and interpersonal skills
Polite and have passion in sharing the expertise to others
Have keenness in imparting IT skills to others
Possess can-do attitude, persistence and positive mindset about work
