Talent Acquisition and Development Manager

Job Description:

-Location: Town
-Responsibilities:
This role will also be involved in managing programmes and projects to support the leadership culture, attract, challenge, develop, engage, retain and support talent
This role is required to effectively influence and work with stakeholders (eg individual staff, managers, management team and HR team) and/or partner consultants or external vendors to engineer the successful design and implementation of leadership capability development initiatives and supporting systems or processes for development of Company’s leadership bench-strength
There will be special projects on talent acquisition such as building the employment value proposition, employer branding, establishing our presence in the market through networking with academic & other professional associations. This role will also manage scholarships, internships, management associate programmes. The individual will also manage the support system for talent management such as our websites, databases and systems


Requirements:
-Degree in HR or related field
-Minimum 4 – 6 years experience in HR
-Able to work in independently and in a fast-paced organisation
-Project management skills
-Working knowledge of talent management and acquisition best practices
-Ability to interact with all levels and manage stakeholders and partners
-High proficiency with PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
-Flair for working with IT systems
-Self-directed learner who takes initiative to solve problems before they occur
