Job Description:
-Reporting to the CFO, you shall perform the following main duties:
-Perform the daily Accounting, Finance and Payroll functions to support the company’s business (Singapore HQ and Malaysia branch).
-Handle staff contracts, welfare and other administrative duties.
-Prepare and produce the weekly and monthly management reports on a timely basis.
-Identify areas of improvement (especially in Accounts and HR related functions) through constant innovations.
-Support special projects, ad-hoc projects and regional business expansion plans.
Requirements:
-Your Profile
-A good Degree in Accounting or its equivalent, preferably a CPA or with ACCA certification. HR -Professionals with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
-At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounting (especially on Payroll, AR, AP, GL and Asset Management), preferably in a Service organization.
-Possess a strong and positive mindset.
-Looking for mid-to-long-term career advancement within the company.
-Professional, resourceful, self-initiated, detailed and result-oriented.
-A quick learner, you must be able to adapt fast and well in a dynamic working environment.
-A team player, you must be able to work under tight schedules (especially during month ends).
-A good communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
-IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications, with good analytical mind.
-Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-tasks.
-Willingness to work on a flexible schedule to meet the relevant timelines.
