Payroll Officer

Job Description:

-Oversee payroll functions for the company
-Ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly and monthly payroll for the company
-Perform weekly and monthly payroll processing
-Ensure all monthly or adhoc payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system
-Ensure prompt statutory submissions and payments and annual tax filling for the company such as IR21 and IR8A
-Ensure prompt and accurate processing of government claims, eg.NS reservist claims,
-Handle payroll audit and liaison with internal and external auditors
-Manage queries from employees, Business HR and Finance.



Requirements:

-Minimum Diploma in HR Management or Business related discipline
-Minimum 2-3years of relevant experience
-Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and statutory submissions such as NS reservist claims
-Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
-Able to meet deadline, meticulous and accurate
-Excellent customer service skills
-Knowledge of SAP Payroll will be an advantage
-Able to start work immediately or with short notice
