Job Description:
-Responsible to provide guidance and direction to subordinates and manage the day to day operation
-Support regulatory compliance and certification requirements
-Analyze and measure various processes and identify methodology for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction
-Design, implement, maintain and audit Quality Management System towards company’s objective
-Assist in implementing and maintaining Customer Satisfaction Management Process
-Identify systemic issue / problem and drive resolution and continuously
-Instruct and enforce location safety management plans and processes
-Ensure employees perform in a safe manner and according to safety procedures
-Support and facilitate all facility wide policies and procedures to help build and maintain a positive and safe healthy work environment for all associates and employees
-Communicate to manager progress and effectiveness of the Quality Management System at regular management meetings
-Work with functional managers to ensure that SCPM database changes occur promptly and properly
Requirements:
-Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Quality Assurance
-Experience in quality management / process improvement experience
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Well-versed in application of QC tools and methodologies
