Clinic/Customer Assistants (Part / Full-time)

Job Description:
-Provide excellent frontline services to customers
-Handles registration, schedules and manage appointments
-Assist clinic doctor in day-to-day operation and administration of the clinic
-Answering phone calls and handling miscellaneous duties as assigned
-Liaise with doctors and patients


Requirements:
-GCE "O" or "N" level or ITE Certificate in Healthcare or other healthcare-related certification
-Customer service orientation and pleasant disposition
-Ability to deal and handle people at all levels
-Pleasant, energetic, positive mental attitude and service oriented
-Fast learner and computer literate
