Customer Service Executive

Job Description:
-Nature: Cable & Pipe Sealant

-Location: West

-Review, receives, coordinates and monitors all customer orders from placement until final delivery
-Proactive initiation of orders based on contracts and history
-Timely maintenance of customer data base, accurate billing/ invoicing process, credit and debit notes
-Serves as interface with Customers and Sales Managers

Requirements:
-Diploma in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Logistics or Engineering
-At least 2 years experience in Customer Service, preferably from industrial components industry
-Highly customer & business oriented
-Proficiency in ERP Systems/IFS will be an added advantage
-Salary will commensurate with experience
-Only Singaporeans & PRs need to apply
