Customer Service Executive (Japanese MNC – North)

Job Description:
-Support Marketing and Sales teams in all marketing and customer support activities as needed
-Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are complete and comply with import and export rules and regulations
-Attends to queries relating to shipping documents
-Assist in developing, maintaining and enhancing existing


Requirements:
-Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ level or Certificate/Diploma in any discipline
-Minimum 1- 2 years of relevant experience
-Resourceful individual and a good team player
-Positive and willing to learn, able to work independently with minimum supervision
-Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
-Able to start work immediately or in a short notice
