Temp Event assistants and customer service assistant

1) Temp event assistants

Job scope:
- To assist in event management and set up
- registration and crowd handling
- attend to customer queries
- using and setting up credit card machines

Candidates with customer handling experience preferred)
Compensation:
$5.50 per hour( pay will be raised for part-timers with good attitude to $6)

Working hours:
varies depending on events but
weekday: usually 6pm - 10pm plus
weekend: 8am - 7pm


2) Customer Service Assistant

Job scope
- reminding customers on invitation list about upcoming events through telephone
- handling enquires and objections on the phone
- effectively bilingual and can speak well

Compensation: $6 per hour plus variable bonus.
Working hours: varies
