JOb Description RESPONSIBILITES:
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Managing phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Ensuring confidentially is adhered to at all times
• Other ad hoc duties as prescribed from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
• Strictly Singaporeans / PR status only
• Able to start work immediately / within short notice
• With / without experience (On-the-job training provided)
• Proficient in MS Office applications & IT savvy
• Pleasant looking and approachable personality
• Meticulous and aptitude for detailed paper work
• Independent worker with good interpersonal and communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
Workplace location: Central
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
