* Prepare the daily itinerary of the Executive Director.
* Responsible for the incoming and outgoing communications of the office
(business letters, proposals, quotations, phone calls, emails, etc.) and front
desk reception of visitors and clients.
* Responsible for maintaining the corporate image of the office through
updating of the company website and fostering good relationships with
fellow foundations. Performed initial screening and interviewing of
applicants for the vacancies in the Foundation.
* Prepare power point presentations, documented proceedings, and
assist in the facilitation of Focused Group Discussions, trainings, workshops
and conferences.
* Coordinating and organizing the Board Meetings; Responsible for
taking minutes of the meeting.
* Assist the Program Managers in project implementation through research
of information, sourcing of materials needed for the project and logistics
matters in conducting the program activities. Handled and managed health
projects like the Health Forum and Translational Research. Represented
the Foundation in meetings and conferences.
* Organizing and maintaining accurate filing system of office documents,
publications and contacts database. Involved in Event Management and
Events Secretariat (invitations, following up of confirmed attendees, venue
preparation, physical arrangement, technical support, event proper floor
management).
