Responsibilities:


Provides administrative support to the Crewing Department
Data entries of personnel and applicants' information
Manage filing and maintenance of seafarers' physical and electronic
file records
Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:


Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
At least 1 year of working experience in performing administrative duties
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
A responsible team player who has good initiative, meticulous, able to
multi-task and work independently
Able to commit overtime when necessary
Able to start within short notice
