Job Description:
Process sales order and delivery for various customers.
Preparing quotation and inventory report occasionally.
Co-ordinate with Purchasing, Logistics and Warehouse to achieve on time deliveries at all time.
Monitor back order, blanket order, forecast and VMI program.
Provide positive customer interface in coordinating the resolution of all customer issues.
Providing after sales support, feedback and request.
Liaise with customer for payment issue occasionally.
Arrange bookings to carriers, co-loaders & transporters.
Prepare shipping documents & invoices.
Maintain and update customers and product records.
Close coordination / follow up on incoming & outgoing shipments / delivery with suppliers, forwarders & internal / external customers.
Provide general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, generate reports and documentation.
Any other assignments given by supervisor towards positive contributions to the success of the company.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE "A" level or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experiences in customer service or logistics field.
Good telephone etiquette & communication skills.
Able to build and maintain good working relationships with all levels.
Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision is essential.
Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking associate.
Demonstrate Initiative, flexibility, energy and a strong work ethic.
Be time managed, organized and demonstrate high levels of attention to detail.
Sound working knowledge in MS office applications.
Good related customer service/sales coordination experience in chemical, laboratory equipment and consumables.
Knowledge in MS office application is essential and hand-on experience in SAP is much preferred
Working hours : 8.15am - 5.30pm
Company Transportation will be provided TO & FRO at Joo Koon Mrt station (7.45am, 5.35pm & 6.35pm)
Fixed Allowance, Annual Wages & Variable Bonus will be given
