Admin Manager


Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Oversee the admin function in the company
Supervisor to 2 or more admin assistants at HQ and site clerks
Manage central registry for contracts, drawings and correspondences
Cataloguing and indexing of documents and files
Assist in corporate governance and ISO functions
Document controller for projects
Secretarial support to the SVP
Any other duties assigned from time to time
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Administrative Executive or equivalent.
