Admin Assistant

Job Description:
Ø Support the Project Division on administrative matters such as minutes taking, documentation control, travel arrangement, etc
Ø Track & follow through the Purchasing Process as well as follow up on logistics matters
Ø Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required


Requirements:
Ø Min. GCE 'O' Level / Diploma
Ø Min. 1 - 2 years' admin / relevant experience
Ø Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
