Administrative Assistant/Coordinator/Officer @ Panasonic

Job Description:
-Safety administration - operational and non-operational, manager appointment scheduling, medical report, yearly exposure to noise medical examination reports to be submitted to MOM. -Involve in customers auditing (training), ISO/OHSAS auditing, uniform issuance measurement, PO, issuance.

-HR Administration - Assist in recruitment, advertisement and interview arrangement, industrial attachment student placement; Administer training activities – in-house, external (registration, payment, confirmation) and manage training records; Staff welfare activities.

-General Admin - Purchasing of pantry items, nameplate/cards and employee cards.
Vendor maintenance - franking machine, vending machine (Atlas Vending), laundry, staff lockers, company transportation, filing and misc admin duties.


Requirements:
-At least GCE “O” Level certificate, with mathematics and science subjects.
-2 - 3 yrs relevant working experience.
