Our client, a US-based software company, is currently looking for 1
Sales Support Staff ( Temp till 31 Dec 2009) to join their team.
Responsibilities
Make phone calls to reseller/corporate clients to pursue maintenance
renewal revenue
Use all available means (e.g. internet research and/or phone calls) to
obtain end user contact person name, phone number and email address to
update the existing sales database
Perform data entry duties to help make Salesforce accounts accurate
and up-to-date
Other administrative and sales duties assigned
Requirements
Min GCE O Level/ N Level
Those with prior customer service and/or telemarketing experience will
have an advantage
Available immediately and able to commit till 31 Dec 2009
Those who are good may also be considered for permanent position
Pleasant Voice and good communication skills
Singapore/PR
Additional Information
Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Working Location: Bukit Merah (Lower Delta Road)
Hourly Rate: $8.00 - $8.50 per hour depending on experience
